How do I make a confirmed booking for Play Zone for Parties?
A booking will be considered confirmed in advance only after minimum 50% advance payment of the total amount (Security deposit + Logistics charges + Service fee). The balance payment needs to be made on the day of the event 'before' the set up.
Who will supervise the kids while they are playing in the Play Zone?
We do the set up for you on the day of the party and our representative(s) stay at the venue throughout the party to supervise kids, so that you simply enjoy the party!
What Safety measures are taken to ensure there are no uncalled accidents?
The entire Play Zone is built keeping safety of kids in mind, so you can have a gala time, as kids have their own.Our team member is present throughout the party to ensure kid's safety so that's one thing off your mind. As specialists, we understand how delicate your little ones are, and hence pay special attention to details like hygiene of the Play Zone and the toys provided. After every event, the toys and the Play Zone structures are thoroughly cleaned to ensure they are fresh and clean for our next event.
Do you provide kids' tables & chairs as well for the party?
Yes, we provide kids tables & chairs at separate rental charges depending upon the quantity.
How will I get my refundable security deposit?
The final settlement is done right after the party and the applicable security deposit is refunded back in cash. ToyExpress reserves the right to deduct charges against any toy damage and/or extended hour(s) from the refundable security deposit amount at the time of final settlement.
Do you also provide customized Play Zone for corporates, shopping malls etc?
Yes, for corporates and other commercial entities we can provide customized Play Zone as per the requirement. The plans available on the website are applicable only for B2C installations. For any B2B queries, please contact us for more details.
What happens if I cancel my confirmed booking for Play Zone for Parties?
For cancellation within 7 days of the event, cancellation charges of 50% of service fee will be levied. For cancellation between 8-21 days of the event, cancellation charges of 25% of service fee will be levied. For cancellation before 21 days of the event, no cancellation charges will be levied.
What is the duration for the playzone setup ?
The play area set up is done by our expert team 4-5 hours prior to your party.
