FisherPrice, FunSkool, Tomy, OK Play, Chicco, Little Tikes, Mattel, and many more.
This ensures the best quality of our toys. You can suggest a brand or any particular
toy that you wish for in our collection by giving details after clicking on 'Suggest
a toy' tab on our homepage or call us on 011-26712081.
3. How do I become a member?
Ans.ONLINE:
Click on 'BECOME A MEMBER'. After filling
up the registration form, choose the most suitable membership plan. You can make
payment either on delivery on by NEFT.
OFFLINE:
Call our representative on 011-26712081. We will create your account with membership plan of your choice.
You can make payment either on delivery or through NEFT.
OR Visit our library and we will be pleased
to help you.
4. Can I customise membership plans?
Ans. YES!!
If you believe that our existing plans do not suit your needs, you can call us on
011-26712081. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
5. What if I can't decide which toys are best for my kids?
Ans. Our
experts are here to help you! You can call us on 011-26712081 and we will help you
select the most age appropriate toys/ books for your child.
6. How do I rent/ return toys/ books?
Ans. Follow these steps:
a. Login with your username
and password.
b. Look under MyAccount.
All your details are reflected here.
c. You can browse our collection
and choose most appropriate toys for your child. These toys will be shown under
'Borrowlist'. Please click on 'Click to Borrow' to confirm that you want to borrow
these toys.
d. When you want to return
the toys, please go to 'borrow -return' tab under 'My History'. Check the toys that
you wish to return and click on 'Click to Return'.
e. Borrow more toys and
logout from your account.
7. What if I don’t like the toy at the time of first delivery?
Ans. We always recommend that you understand the working or other details of the toy from our Toy EXPRESS before delivery. However, If you don’t like the toy at the time of first delivery (COD Payment Case) and the toy is in proper working condition, then Rs. 100/- will be charged as delivery Charge. However, if you order another toy of your liking within a week, then this amount will be adjusted in your plan.
8. What is a Wishlist?
Ans. If
the toy your child wishes to play with is out in circulation, you can add that toy
in your Wishlist. As soon as that toy is back in stock, you will be notified by
email. Then you can login and borrow that toy.
9. What is a Monthly Toy Box?
Ans. We
are here to make your life simple and full of fun. You could make a list of 20 toys
and 20 books/ puzzles as per your priority at the beginning of every month. We will
choose the first available toy and book/ puzzle for you every week and deliver at
your convenience. Grab those extra minutes every week to have fun with your loved
ones without having to be worried to choose and borrow every week. Just a few minutes
at the beginning of every month, and you are free for the rest of the month.

11: How is delivery made and are there any charges? very made

Ans. Our representive will call you once we receive your new request
and confirm the delivery date and time. The toys will be delivered at your doorstep
and at your convenience. UNIMAGINABLE!! but, it's true, there are NO extra delivery
charges.
12. How does ToyExpress ensure that all it's toys/ books
are clean and hygienic?
Ans. We follow a stringent process to maintain the toys/ books in
clean and hygienic conditions. All our toys are cleaned with recommended Toy cleansers
and sanitizers, blow dried to ensure removal of moisture and delivered in shrink
wrap and high grade plastic pouches to you.

13. Are there any late fees?
Ans. NO!! We don't believe in charging late fees.
14. Can I get toys for special occasions such as birthday
parties, kids party, holidays, camps etc?
Ans. YES!! These will be customised according to your needs. So please

15. Will my membership days get wasted if I go on a
holiday?
Ans. NO! When you go on a holiday or cannot use the membership for
any reason, you can FREEZE your membership. So these days will not go wasted.But,
you will have to return all the items that you have before you can freeze your plan.
Please be sure before you freeze your plan because, once you freeze the plan, then
you will not be able to do any activity on the website till the FREEZED period is
over. Also, the FREEZED period cannot be reduced.
16. What is the refundable security deposit?
Ans. This is the deposit we take from every member. The deposit will be returned to the member in cheque/bank account within 7-10 working days, after pick up of the toy and after making any necessary deductions (damage toy cost/pending payment), when you choose to discontinue the membership plan.
17. What do I do if my child breaks/ damages a toy?
Ans. However the chances are very less that a toy is damaged because
we keep the best quality toys in our library. Still, If a toy/ book is damaged by
your child, then you have two options:
a. If you lose a part, we will give you a fortnight to find that
part. Incase you can't find it, we charge the cost of replacement of the part. Incase
replacement is not possible, we charge you the depreciated cost of that toy ranging
between 20% to 60% less than MRP.
b. If a part is damaged, we try to repair it and charge only the actual
cost of repair. Incase it cannot be repaired then we charge you the depreciated
cost of toy ranging between 20% to 60% less than MRP.
18. Do I have to pay any fee for re-opening my account after closing it?
Ans.
Yes, A member can re-open his/her account after closing it by paying a fee of Rs.200/- . But, in case of freezing their account there will be no charges.
